I have over ten years experience of psychotherapy, specifically working in schools supporting the emotional wellbeing of children and young individuals. I work with young adults, adolescents and children suffering from symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, low self esteem, family conflict, bullying, Autism and has also qualified as a transformational coach.

About me and my practice

As a psychotherapist, I can help individuals, parents and families with their therapeutic needs in a variety of ways and uses interactive play and arts to engage children, along with CBT and mindfulness.

One of the key elements of my therapeutic approach, is the relationship between the therapist and the individual. It is essential to find the therapeutic connection for the sessions to work. Therapy works at a conscious level as well as an unconscious one. And for the individual to feel comfortable at all levels, there needs to be connection to be able to feel safe to share and trust the other.

My integrative approach aims to find the technique or modality that best work for the individual.It refers to the process of integrating the personality. It is the process of making whole, bringing awareness towards the different parts of our selves:emotions, psychological, behaviour, social and cognitive.

Experience

I have 10 years of experience as a Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist. I worked and currently work as a School Counsellor in different schools across London, as well as privately.

I have recently finished my training as a Transformational Coach to work with young adults and adults.

I offer a 45 minutes initial consultation free of charge to understand your needs and determine if I can help. It would be an opportunity to see if we connect and ask any questions you may have.

£70 for a 50 minute session
